- 150g desiccated coconuts
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- 1 cup dairy free condensed milk **
** Dairy Free Condensed Milk – basically bring 1 cup of coconut milk to a slow boil, then whisk in 4 tbsp honey and simmer gently until reduced to about half a cup.
Mix everything together, form into balls and roll into more desiccated coconuts. Freeze for half an hour or leave in fridge for at least an hour.
