I’m sharing this post more for the idea/ option rather than for the method as it’s totally fool proof. Home-baked nuts are super quick and easy but a healthy protein snack to have in hand. I prefer baking my own rather than getting store-bought ones to enable me choose my favorite nut-mix, plus most store-bought nuts will contain added salts. I always ensure that I have a container of baked nuts both at home and at my office as they are filling and save me from opting for something sweet.
Ingredients / Method
Simply purchase any raw nuts of your liking, spread them on a baking dish and bake under 180oC till golden. Allow to cool completely and store in an air-tight container for up to 3 weeks.
